Not that they are what put me in that period
What put me in that period is I don't fucking know, I was mostly fine for weeks after coming back then suddenly it happened
I would wake up and be fine but inevitably throughout the day become convinced there was some sign of a stroke or death

Well I believe that there was not actually a sign logically
But when it is happening it feels like there is an actual danger

I like this idea. Just have Pirate go in with a long list of pills and ask his doctor about each
The last one before i had these pills was a constant feeling of a sinking feeling in my heart
And if I focused on it without doing anything it would feel like I needed to manually beat it
The root of this is the time when i passed out randomly
That probably made me hyper-sensitive to any signs of potentially passing out
Which extended like a feedback loop

Well the initial problem was that my experience after passing out was very bad
that has a known entry and exit condition
I don't know if you remember how I described it
I'm not suggesting it, I just had the idea and wondered if you had the same thought

I think it is mental probably
There are some things that do not add up though
Such as why I passed out the first time just randomly after waking up
Or why it suddenly came back even after I "got over it"
I guess it can be subconscious mental
Maybe this is all just karma for me always saying things like anxiety or panic attacks are not real
Well it's funny because when the really bad period started I stopped waking up with the sleep issues
The past 3 days i've had them though
The best case is that there is some actual issue that is found and that can be handled

try gooning more and less
and see if that helps

In the time where I was worried about passing out, I had to avoid getting aroused or else my heartbeat rising would start the feedback loop
I am past that now but still
