I like this idea. Just have Pirate go in with a long list of pills and ask his doctor about each
The last one before i had these pills was a constant feeling of a sinking feeling in my heart
And if I focused on it without doing anything it would feel like I needed to manually beat it
The root of this is the time when i passed out randomly
That probably made me hyper-sensitive to any signs of potentially passing out
Which extended like a feedback loop

Well the initial problem was that my experience after passing out was very bad
