I think that will be telling
I think it's hard (impossible?) to provide lore entirely verbally
every other RPG has you reading codex entries or whatnot, and try to have them not all be dumped at once
F4 isn't a good game per se either
compare F4 against Outer Worlds
F4 is clearly more fun to play
every RPG could use a skill tree overhaul
games with savestates should be built around them
balance wise
