Arkane is probably going to be kept alive until their upcoming Marvel game flops, then closed Rare and Ninja Theory could get a major reductions, but survive Compulsion hasn't made anything great, but they're small and artsy so there's no reason to cut them

I think the upside is because politicians are usually dogshit, a comitee that is entirely independent and does not have to worry about reelection/their sponsors in theory can do stuff that would usually not happen, but in this case, it kind of backfired
