where I like how they play, but I don't feel impactful enough when I play them

I have seen a good carry snap once or twice
ik they have all been changed a lot over time
but none of these heroes are ones I ever feel like I need to play around, if I see one on the enemy team
he goes through phases of being broken
it's like carry arc warden imo, where the ceiling is super high, but most pubs don't snowball fast enough to get there
and Valve keeps micro nerfing them, so they dont' stomp in pros
