I feel like 2/year should be the minimum
that was such a big part of making the game fun (back when I played)
I likes grimstroke and void spirit
but since then....
and that was a LONG time ago
Primal reminds me a lot of Earth Spirit
where I like how they play, but I don't feel impactful enough when I play them
not in their kit
I have seen a good carry snap once or twice
ik they have all been changed a lot over time
but none of these heroes are ones I ever feel like I need to play around, if I see one on the enemy team
he goes through phases of being broken
it's like carry arc warden imo, where the ceiling is super high, but most pubs don't snowball fast enough to get there
and Valve keeps micro nerfing them, so they dont' stomp in pros
Primal Beast I have the smallest sample size on this list, but yeah I don't dislike most of these, but none that I love

I want to say besides Puppet, Danwbreaker is probably the most forgettable on this list and I like her.
