I can't remember previous forced refunds, that one scam game (The Day Before?) did universal refunds but you got to keep the game in your account
Concord doing forced refunds is kind of expected tbh, ~20k sales shouldn't be too hard logistically

development has gotten so slow imo
when you stretch out those staffing costs, from 2-3 years to 6+
