the issue is that dota combeacks are very much a possibiltiy if you just play good most of the timeif you have a good team

and dota is full of sucidial third worlders

so the seocnd a game goes bad they just give up

no surrender is to prevent that

I STRONGLY think surrendering is a viable decision
