Riot launch is actually malware to be honest. Installing that for b0b (never played that card game with him) resulted in an hour of me trying to remove it from my pc
I think they remove pretty easy, but they don't even really prevent major cheating

early on, people were fearmongering that once you install their anti-cheat, it is unremovable or some shit
which is all nonsense, it requires to be launched at system startup and is hard to bypass, but it's not some permanant thing

burner SIMs are easy enough, but it's a HUGE dick move that does nothing for the players
Replying to Polar_ #polar_ Yea, I remember it being sold as a way to get around F2P cheaters at the time. It's literally meaningless since burners are so easy to get/free. I think $ is the only real anti-cheat pay wall to some degree.
