I think the rabi-ribi one I "bought" because it came with a different DLC pack
Anyways if you buy an ost and it is an exe you should be allowed to refund it

Honestly why the fuck do people care though, just download the flac/MP3 files yourself, from a better source quality anyway.
Some devs don't even bother with a separate Steam listing, it's just a folder in your game directory
