and thats why you were not told, because you did not know
Like I said Bob, they have a final makeup day at every school
and especially for undergrad
they're not going to gatekeep
well you already failed at that
your mother's gate wasn't tight enough to hold you all those years ago
better luck gatekeeping next time
I am also a C section
they thought there was an issue because of a faulty ultrasound image
C sections are more profitable for the hospital
They are rarely needed (unless you have had a prior C-section)
You can do natural birth on your second still
3rd you absolutely need to do C section
and they also tell you to stop having kids
source my mom needed a c-section for my brother because she had abnormally more water than she should have had, and she was told that for my sister
also the profit thing is a nonissue since it was free here
it's also quicker and easier for doctors which is why they push it
it's a great procedure, but it definitely gets pushed on women in much higher frequencies than it should
33% of births in the US are via C-section
it should be <5%
part of that is societal health decline and obesity, but most is just normal healthy women being railroaded into it without knowing
Replying to bob #b0b3365 god didnt want me
I think about this a lot but from the opposite perspective. You are alive now despite having the cord around your neck, wrong way around, c-sectioned, and hernia. Someone wanted you to live, experience and see the world you can.
I don’t go to church and I’m not super religious but something said you were going to live that day and you survived. Missed a final exam? You will survive, will it be difficult; yes. Was being able to live through your birth more difficult than this?
I did an online class did half the work and skipped the final and made it out with a barely passing grade and the professor said I was lucky he didn’t fail me. Still went on to graduate. Affected my gpa sure but that is irrelevant once you start working.

are you sure it's a cell phone and not a fax line or home phone that can't receive text messages?
Email your program advisor explaining what happened and that you cannot contact the prof
so that the is a paper trail beyond what you already have
and they might be able to advise
Id also just go in-person as well to talk to your advisor or whoever, they're going to let you make it up at the end of finals week, but you do have to inform them in some way
Glad it worked out
