Dandadan S2 was not one of those, at all

people are mad at the anime original ending, and are saying Aka "was not content with ruining oshi no ko, he wants to ruin the kaguya ending by making it anime original"

I think purists who hate the anime because it is not like the manga are cringe, especially if the things they changed are honestly objectively good choices, or make more sense for an anime than adapting the manga 1 to 1
interspecies reviewers fans in shambles because they made it more pornagraphic in the anime

this is a long standing argument, where there are easy counterexamples as to how this is not true and you can completely ignore the source material and make something that on its own is worthwhile

Watching the Kaguya OVA and the dad VTuber arc is really funny to me, especially the joke about his VA
It's such a great plot device too, since it makes Shirogane and his family un-poor
