super late responding, but imo one of Rob's best skills early on was in designing and balancing game systems, why I thought he would make a good video game designer when he wanted to do that
When URealms became less about the game and was just a show, he started changing systems to ones he directly controled, because he was focused on the meta narrative above all else

The crazy part is that worked for Rob once before, with Krysta
that's how he won her over and convinced her to mary him
he flew across the country and showed up at her door to surprise her
HiveQueen turned out to be a snake though, legit I think Rob dodged a bullet

and it was the most random insult
agree, I don't think Rob was setting out to be manipulative or to scam people
The only time I've ever felt like Rob was scamming anyone, was a year or two ago, when he did his first wave of DvZ streams, very explicitly to extract money from his fans
and scamming isn't the right word
