Yeah, his writing seems like he's dumping his thoughts onto text and not reformatting it into coherent reading. Random interjections and such.
I'll be honest, I kept clicking footnotes and thought that the introduction was the entire article and below it was comments, so I'll hold my peace on it til I finish lol. I just agree with Tiny, it feels like this is a transcript to a briefing.

1) this applies only to sites that are 33%+ porn
2) Explicitly states the credit card verification (or similar) is sufficient
