I do not like boiled eggs
I've done scrambled a few times, and that was okay, but smooth food is still bad
Pika, just make poached eggs
boiled eggs aren't hard, but if you have an unevenly heating pan/stove it can fuck things up sometimes
poached eggs you can't fuck up though
I'll try some egg dishes later. I was planning on baking some stuff before I go back home for the holidays, and there is no way I will need a full carton of eggs for how much I am baking

2) cut potatos into fries
3) soak fries in icewater
4) dry fries and then par-bake
5) heat up a pan of oil to some arbitrary temp
6) slowly fry in small batches to get nice and crispy
7) salt
