Since Israel has the backing of most of the worlds major countries, they also have no issue doing it
Egypt etc put pressure on them, but thats mostly to keep the Palestinians out of their countries
Egypt also has a very nice border wall that the Palestinians cannot get through
@Dialga tl;dr, both sides are aggressive towards eachother, at the end of the day technically Israel is the one who is bullying Palestine into being mad by stealing all of their land, but Palestine response (rape, murder, etc) gives Israel the greenlight (at least global geopolitics wise) to bomb them
Regardless of which side you take, Israel will fundementally win in the end barring something weird like a major superpower turning on them
That is exactly it, technically, if you want to be charitiable, long term the desperation and radicalization of palestine towards supporting Hamas was caused by Israel
It is the progressive stack, there is no logic behind it
one group is oppresed so you need to support them
They just pretend that didn't happen
Its like all middle east conflicts, the US (and thus, the rest of NATO), only get involved at take a side when they have an interest. The only difference is instead of it being the Saudi's like usual, Israel is directly involved in this one
