government taxes people to gather this money, which then gets sent to a foundation, who takes 15% in admin fees, to subcontract to some senator's friends company to actually procure goods/weapons/museums for Ukraine, also taking 10%, then Ukraine politicians have permitting and import processes that take another 20% of that.
But eventually, a glazed stone slab that says 'slava ukraini' w/ a Canadian flag will show up in Kiev, and no one will question where the $15M went
