Engage's story is one of the worst FE stories
Okay, so I am going to rate it below 3H while conceeding it is probably a better game when I play it then
MC is below average, other characters are decent
I mostly care about if I like the characters in these games
I mean, ig I can't compare it to every FE game, since I've not played all of them
I will put up with mediocre or subpar stories if the game has good characters
but it's the worst of all post-Awakening
Anyways, those choices are hilarious

Although if I go off of 3H
yellow is prob the best route
what if in the purple route, you get to kill glasses girl though
Glasses girls should not be killed, they should face misfortune though

God, if I plow through Engage in the fall then get this in the winter, I will have played 4 SRPGS this year

but this is a pretty cool box

Was Engage one of the FE games that had really poorly TL'd supports?
I feel like we talked about this years ago, because there were definitely some characters who had very phoned in scenes
Replying to Spooky Phijkchu #spooky.131 Was Engage one of the FE games that had really poorly TL'd supports?
I've seen a few JP supports thrown around as bad TLs but they don't seem nearly as bad as Fates.
I'm really inconsistent on this
I hate localization, full stop. But we've lost that fight and changing lines about what food some character was cooking in their support doesn't bother me that much
Part of that might be that I just don't find most supports that special in FE games
There are good ones, but it's the minority

Other Eastern RPGs do so much more, that it's surprising FE is still so old school
I feel like you can do a good SRPG story without having to re-invent the systems
maybe asking for good story and good characters together is a little more rare, but it's not beyond them
