Twitch streamers consistantly being retarded is a funny modern trend
I have a question, what part of saying "hey I'll be here giving out playstations, come assemble"
is illegal

I think the clip max posted could be argued to be evidence that he did this knowing it would cause a problem

I'm sure there's some city ordinance, that says over a certina size you are required to get NYPD to give your gathering security
