As angry pigmen that die will form skulk blocks which drop xp when broken

that does not solve the grindy aspect of earning xp

you can kind of do that with hopper furnaces, they're just such a shitty way to do it

clearly they should have a solar power backpack that replaces your chestplate

that slowly gains xp while in the sun

so you can realistically get to level 30 in one mining trip

and you can have a way to get rid of blocks without just throwing it in lava

maybe they just want enchants to be more rare
