as for dark souls one, theres a lot less issues but one of the cooler ones is that Manus and Gwyn have similar worded titles that parallel eachother, its not father of the abyss but rather King who is abyss and Gwyn is King who is fuel as in literally the fuel for the flame/part of it as manus is part of the abyss

Gaping Dragon actually was more like Dragon of Gluttony or Voracious Dragon as in it loved to eat, Seath was literally just "White Dragon Seath" (I think Seath the Scaleless sounds cooler though)

I’m pretty sure how it works is they think of an interesting concept, program the enemy/boss, THEN write their lore and give them a name

i saw some dev data for ds3 and it's interesting

yhorm was in the graves area where gundyr was

gundyr was where ocerios was

wolnir was in the profaned capital
