The ending it bugged so that you're stuck in the final section unless you set a save prior

It's meant to send you back to the last open world checkpoint so you can your reward for completing the game, but it's bugged to only send you to main menu

they should have just written off last-gen consoles, even with patches I don't know if it'll ever be playable

but as far as overall patching, optimization > bug fixing

The core game is pretty good, but even with my high end rig this game brings it to its knees

but just like with Bethesda, I think CDPR will be too slow on their official patches (due to being on so many platforms) Anyone playing now will just have to rely on community patches

so here's the problem Bopit, on PC the game is trying to limit itself to 4GB of RAM, because that's what consoles have

if you unlock that using a hex editor, the game runs 50FPS better

the game is also using outdated CPU calls from 2016/2017

if you fix those, you gain another 50FPS

this kind of stuff was found within hours of launch, and is just baffling

and tells me, they're supposed to run all platforms in parity

so basically they cucked their own game to make it so it can be played on console?

there's a different system in-game now for how to collect cars

As someone who really likes the Witcher, the jank is not that much worse than W2 or W3 it is frustrating that a lot of the same problems on release with those games seem to be back
