The lvl 36 Venti quest story is decent

how many characters do you guys have at 70?
Talents are level limited though
it's not like you can max them out

there are a few talents that I think are kind of worthless
like xingingping's totem upgrade
I still don't respect Diluc's dps
my venti feels like he puts out better DPS, mostly down to attack speed
maybe with a better claymore, Diluc will feel better
idk, my venti arrows hit for like 1000 at this point
