The lvl 36 Venti quest story is decent

Talents are level limited though
it's not like you can max them out

there are a few talents that I think are kind of worthless
like xingingping's totem upgrade
I still don't respect Diluc's dps
my venti feels like he puts out better DPS, mostly down to attack speed
maybe with a better claymore, Diluc will feel better
