it's tilting af when everything hits for 2 for no reason
I somewhat suspect they have big "don't spawn zones" for your cocoon
so it will take some trial and error for people speedrunning to find places they can abuse it
I'm just assuming that the game is ~20 hours long for a first blind playthrough
which makes me think they're backloading bosses, to reduce on repeat fights like the first game maybe
or the game is just way longer and they've paced like this the whole game
The fleas are my spirit animal btw
when the inevitable Discord partnership happens, I'm buying one for my profile
of all things to bring back, idk why the super long escort quests made the cut
it's semi-forgiving, because the normal ones aren't zero-hit like in the first game

Replying to TinyBomby #tinybomby what path did you take? It seems like it's really far
I went to shellwood, took the first elevator up cuz it's safer than the more western way up then went through the blasted steppes > grand gate > citadel. its pretty long but you can actually go through the blasted steps pretty quick if you path right.
