The hornet panty shots when you get a cloak upgrade are also funny
why are there multiple coin-pusher roguelites coming out
Polu played that in vc
he did not like it
It becomes not a coin pusher game but an ability spam game really fast, so it loses its purpose
I thought that was the other one he said was bad

This is for sure the one I watched him play in vc
weavenest is cool
the first game had a lot of 2x dmg stuff, but they were a lot more liberal with masks
it is weird how 90% of bosses default to that though
the only one I don't think did (and also a fight I really liked) was Widow
Also I stand by that the sharp stones are incredibly dumb. I'm spending around 100 each boss attempt, so if I attempt a boss 6 times, I'm out.
Fortunately, that's yet to happen because I'm good at the game, but it's infuriating that I have to consider not using my tools to preserve for other attempts.
The resource economy is weird
I like aspects of it
but it definitely feels like a symptom of a game that was multiple things at different points
not to give them a pass, because I do think the way tools work is legit bad game design

Ok, found something actually broken.
There's an arena fight where there's platforms that rise and fall as you beat each wave. I killed the last enemy of a wave and fell into the spikes and I killed it, took damage from the spikes, and then the platform fell and it respawned me in the spikes again. Also the spikes deal 2 damage each, so that's an instant 4 damage.

man, people who suffer from FOMO may as well just kill themselves
