so I could see Sony essentially coming up with a fragrance for all of their games

and when you launch Ghost of Tsushima 2, or Last of Us 2.5 HD Remaster 7
you get blasted with that games smell
Replying to Spooky Phijkchu #spooky.131
spy kids already did this ages ago. it wasnt that great.
the only reason I think it had any chance, is because there's a lot of money going into the smart diffuser market, because women
and would be easy to sell a branded diffuser to PS5 retards

Assassin’s Creed Shadows now releases March 20, 2025.

I know there's no hope for that game at this point, but I think this delay hurts A LOT
Feb 14th, it's the first AAA game of the year and can probably get some buzz even if its mid
pushing it a month, it's then competing with so many other releases
I don't understand why they shook up the AssCreed formula again, so soon after they had just reinvented the series
they're all at the end of the month though
Feb 14th would make them the first AAA game of the year imo

KCD2 is going to do well, but it's definietely a tier down
ok, let me restate it
I think AssCreed competes more favorably with a mid-Feb release, prior to 3-4 extremely big hitters releasing
and would be able to generate its own attention, rather than being suffocated
I really don't understand Ubi's plan with AssCreed at all
Ubi was pretty far off the rails, so they rebooted the series with Origins (decent)
Then Odyssey and Valhalla were extremely good
and now they've rebooted it again, with these smaller "regional focused" games
The Iraq one didn't do great
and the Japan one is going to struggle to do better
Dialga, if you could make an asscreed game
where are you setting it
time period and region
I think it would be hard to set a game after ~1900
lol
I think there are cool obscure settings they could do, but if they want to include memorable historical NPCs to hang out with, there's a much smaller pool
oh, 100% agree
that's next Leg
it was Iraq --> Japan --> China
but they've revealed nothing about date
many times
France, London, and Italy were done heavily in the old games
and then they did 1300s Great Britain in Valhalla
yeah, at first I was writing off anything past 1800, but I think you could make their format work up until ~1900 depending where you set it
(if you still want it to feel like asscreed)
I think doing a pre-European Incan one would be cool... but would have the NPC problem of you couldn't have recognizable names or locations
I do think we will get an AssCreed Primal at some point, as long as the series doesn't implode before then
