There was never ever any confirmation on if argonians and human/mer races could breed, only a few books that made mention of children that did exist but magically dissapeared and scientific journals saying it was impossible
And then there is that one moment where the hists gave them super sterioids and they drove the daedra back into the portal so much they had to close it
padomay is the concept of "no" and "change" anu is "yes" and "unchange/stasis", all races lean a little to one or the other, padomay is what most daedra lean and argonians and one other race i think, anu is basically everything else
