the uh, mantis would have been bad if it had more health
the grasshopper grab mechanic isn't obvious
and I have found all the hidden world pills in the game, but because I hadn't gone and brewed celestial medicine, I didn't have enough stam
and there was no indication what I was doing wrong
I didn't even think it was a boss at first
I kept thinking I needed to hold on for the entire ride
I also kept "refreshing" holding down E after each hop
which doesn't work, even though it seems like it should
yeah
or honestly, just have pig bro exposition it
it's really cool the first time you see it
but just exposition dump after that
Rhino was my favorite armored fight, even though I don't like armor as a mechanic
it's a joke Max and I make in fact, literally do not understand a single complaint about invisible walls
it feels like an NPC thing, where someone said it and everyone just parrots it
same with the "there are no women" comments
I think the game has peaks and valleys in enjoyment
I also think the opening could be stronger, I was on the fence about returning it or not after 2 hours
but I really enjoyed it, game of the year for sure, actually worth $60
As someone who has not read jttw
didn't feel like I missed out on much either
but I like the idea that the lore is there if you get autistically into it

the person who made the complaint got filtered super quickly in elden ring, so that article made me have the same idea
