I guess that's a decent response, I worded my question a little nicer than I felt, but it's fine
I still think he should just slap the Stardew Dev on the game, because I feel like this is going to become a more hotly debated thing as release nears
And if he doesn't get a 1,000% full-throated endorsement, he will be a parriah
Unlike his game, I am very interested in haunted chocolatier
A game like this is just not needed in a post stardew landscape
despite the 100 of clones released each year
I don't replay Stardew on-loop,
I'm open to a game like this, but in a community where everyone else just mods Stardew
I don't know why his city game exists, if it's still so heavily farming/stardew focused
I still wonder what the next indie that will make a huge 4-5 year trend will be, and what genre
lethal company and palworld blew up, but I think neither will cause a indie boom like stardew did

Replying to Wuvwand #loveland Part of the reason I wasn’t interested in it at first was because of that, but as I’ve gotten into extraction games I’ve been more and more interested
It was the lead dev Nikitas vision to have a continous map, but if that vision is still the end goal I'm unsure. It's definitely my favorite extraction shooter to watch in disc
