reading the dev replies made it very clear, Hopo has the same complex that destroys the minds of a lot of streamers/YouTubers
Hopo's comments come across as someone who has been mentally fighting himself for the last few years

Him selling was objectively the right decision
though he's never going to produce any game ever again, his mindset is poison
maybe he takes a few years off and recovers
