What was the cutoff for this years nominees tho cause like I feel like it’s too soon for dad of war on the rag to be up there
Feels a bit forced imo
yeah, they seem to change that every year
at one point it was December 1st - December 1st
since obv they couldn't include games that came out after their award show
but I looked it up, and now it's November 18th for some reason
which is.... pretty random
It has changed every year
Well maybe not every but definitely an unnecessary amount of times
2022: November 18th
2021: November 20th
2020: November 20th
2019: November 15th
2018: November 16th
2017: December 1st
2016: November 16th
2015: November 24th
2014: December 5th
yeah, it has changed just about every year
That 2017 one is a kick in the nuts for xenoblade 2 fans
Cause it came out on Dec 1st
Was that date purposefully to include it?
no, it was in the 2018 show
Idk why it was chosen, but it disqualified it for 2017
Also iirc it didn’t win anything
Which is a shame
will 3 win some token award this year I wonder
It’s nominated for three things, GOTY, ost, and rpg
I’ll be sad if it wins none.
it'll win RPG
I’m already thinking it won’t get GOTY
No one really cared about Triangle
and Elden Ring isn't an RPG
See id agree with you if not for the fact the game that beat 2 for beat rpg in 2018 most id seen had never even heard of the game
Great input bob
Keep it coming
I could see it going to fortnite or FF14
Not because they should
But because people are retarded

Saints Row studio Volition is dead.PogFish
Thank God
Burn them to the ground
Sell the IP to some small-time studio and give them a chance
They where folded into Gearbox
lol?
I guess they really wanted to cash out
reading the dev replies made it very clear, Hopo has the same complex that destroys the minds of a lot of streamers/YouTubers
Hopo's comments come across as someone who has been mentally fighting himself for the last few years
not about the game even
Him selling was objectively the right decision
though he's never going to produce any game ever again, his mindset is poison
maybe he takes a few years off and recovers
but this really is the same weird obsession that sinks a lot of other online types
