does ANY audio output device you've plugged in work
ignore the pink input on your headphones
just try the green one
more likely the issue is with your headset or the audio jack then
i mean it COULD be software but if you haven't tried it with other things then
and see if when it's plugged in if anything shows up in hardware manager (Windows list of all things plugged into your computer)
what does device manager say
do you have a realtek control panel thing?
if you search "realtek" in windows
does anything come up
can you scr that

ok so yeah, that looks like you back panel black and green are enabled
and your front pink and green
keep that window open, and open up your window sounds menu
again, ignore the pink for now
that's your mic
if the playback works, then the mic is probably trivial to fix too

ok so plug the mic into the port it works in
and plug the green into the port next to it

your colors might just be wrong
whatever port your pink is working in, plug green into the port horizontally adjacent to it

ignore the colors

ok, go back to open your sound menu
I want to see if the device is disabled there

ok so, that's your front panel
find the back panel one, set it as default, plug your headphones into it, and then hit the advanced tab, and hit test
go back one menu, right click on it
set as default
when you hit test
do the green bars light up
and your headphones are plugged into that back green port
