But I always thought that was silly, so I'll give you a bonus based on how creative it is

So you start with 8 skills points as a rogue, minus 3 because of your low intelligence, and plus 1 from cunning

Stealth is probably your best bet, especially because you get to move 40 feet every turn

The way I've interpreted it, when you roll to perform a skill, it adds the bonus you get for the ability score it's based off as well as the amount of skill points you've invested
