I don't think he could distribute the Unforgotten Realms theme, as it's a royalty-free commission from Nathan Allan Pinard, who does have a copyright on it, but besides that, I don't know.

I can only really go based what I'm reading on the links I posted above. The first link is from the US Copyright Office, the second is from the Canadian Intellectual Property Office.

I won't pretend to know that I know the licensing situation of any of those websites, btw.
