It's income for someone that needs it. If people are willing to pay, and her options are do that until she finds something that is more sustainable that she can do, or be homeless & starving, I think most people are going to pick the former.

I don't think he could distribute the Unforgotten Realms theme, as it's a royalty-free commission from Nathan Allan Pinard, who does have a copyright on it, but besides that, I don't know.
