Went to Sam's Club today and a black guy (the only black guy I saw all day) tried to walk out with a cart full of stuff he (presumably) did not pay for and when they stopped him he immediately started yelling "WHAT DID I DO?" And then proceeded to call them all "stupid cracker ass niggas" (or something like that he was hard to understand) and walk out of the store

How many people are we saying there are as VC attender candidates
the answer is 2^N where N is the number of total VC candidates
(this includes zero people as a valid VC configuration for the ranking, and also every possible set of just 1 person in VC alone) If you want to remove those, its 2^N - N - 1
