I find that to be kinda bullshit, especially coming from people who haven't distributed their writing(or anything creative) in a medium they don't control and can't retract from everywhere they put it.
Like, I have stupid as shit fanfiction I wrote when I was 10 or 11 years old that's still online. The Let's Plays I did in and shortly after high school are still online, besides ones that I took down not because they were bad, but because it was a time where Youtube was like "Copyrighted music? Okay, your channel is getting banned if you don't take this down."

That makes sense, I am just used to getting the video source to download the videos
since thats how I do it via VLC for youtube anyways

yes, thats why you have to specify you are BIPOC, which I only realized recently stands for black indentifying person of colour

since you usually do not capitalise common words
