I haven't talked in his chat since I think like when he played Omega Ruby because I got timed out for 24 hours asking a question about something in the game when he told people to shut up about the exp share and I didn't ask anything about exp share.

I believe that'd be misdemenaor fraud, not petty larceny, so if it were southern California, you'd actually be penalized, rather than cops not really doing anything.

Dude, when they changed those laws so it's like "Yeah, if you steal stuff worth less than X amount in one go, the cops aren't really gonna do anything," so many people were so fucking stupid. They're like, "So what, these are billion dollar corporations, they can afford the loss, even if people steal $499 worth of shit, leave, come back 10 minutes later, repeat over and over, #FuckCoroprations #ShopLocalThinkGlobal," and stick their head in the ground when they see small businesses shutting down left and right because the law doesn't protect them from people doing the same thing there and they DON'T have the money to withstand it.
