So LoM 2 is not like LoM 1. Idk how familiar with LoM 1 you were, but 2 is a grindfest game where it takes multiple days of afk grinding to afford a cheap plot, let alone a good one.

for context, it took 5 of us, with stealing (he had to patch stealing because of how much we stole from afk farmers), 5 hours to get the second cheapest plot at launch

there is a skill system in the game where as you do actions you level up skills. There is supposed to be a point to this, as you can spend skill points to upgrade abilities (minor things, or even major things like grinding efficiency)

Rob is incredibly lazy, and also incredibly inefficient. 1 hour of work takes him 10 hours of work, and he just does not want to do any work period anyways
