eh, I still mantain you can read the constitution to say the actual limit is 10 years
as long as he steps down before completing half of his 3rd term
ngl, I'm reading it again
this is wide open
10 years is still the max, but I don't read this as standing for election being unconstitutional
legally: just run on a ticket of you as the VP, and have them swear the VP in first
or some other funny gimmick like that
morally: if you run and win, it doesn't matter anyway
1) can you stand for election for VP and president at this same time, I know you can't stand for congress
2) you can just, very clearly run as VP, and announce ahead of time that the president intends to immediately step down, have it be a dog for all anyone cares
my only point it, the language is literally, you can't be elected again
it says nothing about being president again
wait why?
interesting
I'm reading the 12th now
I disagree
he's not ineligible for the *office* of the presidency, just the act of being elected to it
if he were put in a position to be assumed to the presidency, it would be legal, so therefore he can run for VP
I'm taking a retarded reading, I acknowledge, and I'm not even really arguing Trump should do it
but I think the language surrounding term limits is really poorly done
almost as if it's meant to invite this sort of challenge

for all the crying on reddit, Musk has only fired probationary employees so far (and gotten some to retire early)
I do think there's a morale breaking thing he's trying to do, with the "what you did last week" emails and requiring people to move back to DC to show up at the office in-person
but anti-WFH stuff is gay, and he's always been against it for no real reason
every major company is trying to stem WFH, just long enough to sell their commercial real estate, and then moves to majority remote work
because it's a net benefit for everyone, other than commercial real estate
and even then, if you make it easier to redevelop the land and build housing, it would probably work for them too
he says the conservatives won
unless he mistyped it first or smt
