legally: just run on a ticket of you as the VP, and have them swear the VP in first

1) can you stand for election for VP and president at this same time, I know you can't stand for congress
2) you can just, very clearly run as VP, and announce ahead of time that the president intends to immediately step down, have it be a dog for all anyone cares

he's not ineligible for the *office* of the presidency, just the act of being elected to it
if he were put in a position to be assumed to the presidency, it would be legal, so therefore he can run for VP
I'm taking a retarded reading, I acknowledge, and I'm not even really arguing Trump should do it
but I think the language surrounding term limits is really poorly done
almost as if it's meant to invite this sort of challenge
