I try to reduce the number of value decisions I have to make, so I just determined what the yearly "toll" budget was roughly

Meanwhile, I optimally planned my eating for the week before I left and consumed literally every perishable thing, so nothing will go bad

same for water, electricity, gas or w/e me hyper conserving will save me at most 10% on that bill

and will involve 100,000 micro decisions about how to save a cent or less

and I just don't want to think about it

food I'm pretty stringent on, I like trying stuff, but I'm fairly price sensitive
