Banned for using the word “Tranny” on Twitch. Apparently that’s a derogatory term. That’s on me. Next time I’ll use mental health disorder.

🚨BREAKING🚨 Rep. @chiproytx just filed a resolution in the House urging Vice President Kamala Harris to immediately convene the Cabinet, declare Joe Biden unable to carry out his duties, and take the position of acting president.‼️https://t.co/rTrjHkc3He
twitter.comrumour two is gavin newsom, but that would also be awful. honestly based on recent press releases from jill and obama I think the current plan is really to run Biden again. unless he dies or they pivot down the road the pivot down the road, which as the hours pass keeps looking more possible. if the dems were thinking of swapping him they would have held back on affirming him further after the debate and up until now

BREAKING: The decision has been made that Biden will not seek reelection, according to Bill O’Reilly. O’Reilly says the White House doesn't yet know how or when to make the announcement.
twitter.comThis is not news
but they attached O'Reilly's name to it now
If it's not real, it's probably being pushed by Gretchen Whitmer (MI Governor)
who has been trying to fundraise off of this to raise her profile

The ones I feel sorry for are my administrative law colleagues who built their courses and careers around the intricacies of Chevron deference.
twitter.comI feel like Chevron deference was the only thing that made the government seem like it was sorta working
most of the bad 3-letter orgs will continue to do their thing regardless (ATF overstepping will not change based on this imo)
But the rest are going to be absolutely neutered, as they now need to wait for congress
which is good, but our system is so fucked that I think simple things are going to break
