DSi was my favorite, and I liked the material finish of it and was too stubborn to get a 3DS because of it

though I would borrow/steal my siblings 3DS to play some stuff

DSi had really high build quality

There was a good YT video I remember watching, about how the DSi hit at the worst possible time

had it sold better, my hope would have been that the 3DS was more like that

DSi was also my 1st "big" purchase in my life I think, I had to withdraw from my elementary school bank and everything

It released at a good time in my childhood, when my ds lite was fairly disintegrated, and the 3ds launched at way too high of a price.

my little brother had 10+ DSes of various types

I think as a family we had a retarded number of them

because my sister would always get the launch colour, and then get the 'pink' one when it eventually came out, and then one or two skinned ones of each gen

and my brother just seemed to get them as gifts from every relative for w/e reason

I had this one, which I think had a stupid cheap blackfriday deal

I had a GBA and SP as well, when I was super young

they were to entertain me in the hospital

My first handheld was a Pearl Blue Gameboy Advance SP

I got every ring in the oracle games with only a little code editing to avoid needing to beat both games twice

the RNG based heart pieces are cancer and ages has way too many things locked behind bad minigames

you have to rng roll for exclusive rings behind that dancing minigame

luckily you can save state the dancing

but there's no way to rng manipulate during the game

vinny if you are going to go for all rings you should never use a gasha seed on a soil patch that isn't one of the few 3-5 tier spots

all the 4 and 5 tier random rings can only be gotten through that but all the ones under 4 can be gotten through maple or the chest minigame

chest minigame is great for it with save states or rewind

Oh for sure, saves so much headache

you can also very easily rng manipulate gasha seeds and the maple drops with save states but it still takes forever because nintendo hates the player

every sword swing progresses the generator

if nintendo wants people to buy their scam they release pokemon emerald on there

gen 2 would not be in the expansion pass

Neither would 1, but I'm sure they want more subs in the regualr tier, and once the "I wanna play all the games in order" people finish 1 and 2, they'd have to upgrade

they have mario kart 8, splatoon and smash all bringing people online

Cause a good chunk of those people only will use official releases, and uh

Strange since it has the remake out on it, but if they want pokemon content and are still dragging there feet on how legacy mainline titles should be distributed, it was either this or RS Pinball since the DS has the glut of the spinoff games.
