Yuzu settled apparently

They had a lot of backers on patreon

Nintendo probably had a figure for how much roughly they made, asked them to fork over whatever post dev work profits they had, and they agreed
along with other stipulations
like I said before, I think YUZU would have lost some of (but not all) of the charged Nintendo brought against them
I think they would have beat nintendo on a lot of the things, but I ain't their lead so idk what they're thinking

Nintendo was smart and was not arguing that emulators are illegal
since that is proven case law
they went for a vector of attack that Nintendo has won cases for in the past
Nintendo has some case law in their favour for what they were arguing, so I think YUZU, unless they somehow got a lawyer better than Nintendo's lawyers, would have lost

Most modern console I have ever emulated is the DSi
Yuzu is generally good and is definitely the most popular

As expected, there are reuploads of the last citra and yuzu builds around the internet
One of which is Archive.org, which I didn't completely expect
something like 2k forks of the githubs were made
