since it is just contributory since yuzu users have dumped roms
1-4 I am curious to see how that plays out
it does seem to be based on prior precedent Nintendo has set for people breaking their DRM
and 4 is just kind of retarded on Yuzu's part, don't try to run an emulator and also run an explanation on how to pirate
that should be two seperate (or at least seemingly seperate) groups to prevent reasonable grounds for being sued

Nintendo probably had a figure for how much roughly they made, asked them to fork over whatever post dev work profits they had, and they agreed
along with other stipulations
like I said before, I think YUZU would have lost some of (but not all) of the charged Nintendo brought against them
I think they would have beat nintendo on a lot of the things, but I ain't their lead so idk what they're thinking

Nintendo was smart and was not arguing that emulators are illegal
since that is proven case law
they went for a vector of attack that Nintendo has won cases for in the past
Nintendo has some case law in their favour for what they were arguing, so I think YUZU, unless they somehow got a lawyer better than Nintendo's lawyers, would have lost
