Polu can only summoned 3 times total, everyone is drawing from the same proverbial Polu pool
Gentlemans agreement not to summon polu unless you are stupid busy and need a lifesave

i think the polu uses should be saved until the round when there are only 3 contestants left, so polu can be all three
