No, for all intents and purposes, Polu's submission counts as your full submission. However, he can only be called a maximum of 3 times total throughout the competition

Polu can only summoned 3 times total, everyone is drawing from the same proverbial Polu pool

not that it matters but for a challenge format it's probably better to just disqualify no-shows otherwise you basically a waste of round of people's submissions
