tbh, I like a window in my bedroom, not at my desk

my lighting setup is actually kind of autistic ngl
I have 9 LED bulbs, with diffusers on them, placed so that they'll reflect off the walls
to the best of my ability, everything's evenly lit
it's mostly so I can work at my desk without having to bring in a spot light

they make all those "blue light filtering" glasses, and I know a few people here use apps to filter their computers light too

Yes, but because it makes my screen darker so it probably saves battery
