I have 9 LED bulbs, with diffusers on them, placed so that they'll reflect off the walls

to the best of my ability, everything's evenly lit

I have a standing lamp but I point the light against the wall so it's not too bright

it's mostly so I can work at my desk without having to bring in a spot light

I don't even use my light switch anymore

they make all those "blue light filtering" glasses, and I know a few people here use apps to filter their computers light too

I have my screens switch to night mode if that counts
